Located on Carolina Avenue, the watershed opened with the goal of converting and reinventing abandoned property, improving streetscape and building density of dining and entertainment options in the South End of Main St.
The restaurant venue is housed inside a metal grain silo, one that you would typically see on a farm to store grain. Made up of four silos, Carolina Watershed has a beautifully landscaped outdoor patio with plenty of additional space to book shows, weddings and engagement events, corporate luncheons, business seminars, photoshoots, or seasonal and specialty events.
In the 1930’s, a house that stood on the property was razed. In the ’40’s, the dirt on the property was sold, which is why it’s gullied. It sat for 70 years and is now home to a unique, rural style of architecture and atmosphere. The Watershed is a destination point for people who want to have an experience.

Carolina Watershed has a charming southern aesthetic with a massive, paved and covered patio connected to a large uncovered area surrounded by a beautiful landscape, waterfalls, integrated bar with seating, and a stage.
Two upper-area lots offer an overlook of the main area, additional seating, and an additional outdoor bar connected to a large grass lot, perfect for additional seating, tents, or outdoor games and activities.
